- Monthly subscriptions: refundable within 30 days of the most recent charge.
- Annual subscriptions: refundable within 30 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email Everyoneneedsasamwise@gmail.comwith the email address on your account. Include the word “refund” in the subject line. We'll process it within 5 business days.
What happens after a refund
- Subscription cancels immediately. Access drops to the free tier.
- Your data is preserved; you can keep using Granary for free.
- Original payment method is credited (typical bank settlement: 5-10 business days).
After 30 days
We don't offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the free tier.
Edge cases
- If we change pricing in a way that affects your subscription, we'll honor the original price for the duration of your current commitment.
- If we shut down the service, paying users will receive a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time.
